There are a number of options as to how you can attend pilates sessions: group sessions for beginner and intermediate level, one to one or small groups sessions.

  • Beginners or Mixed Pilates:

    Are on going. We have daytime and evening classes – 13 per week so something for everyone. The classes are kept to small numbers so there is the opportunity to tailor it to your needs. Advanced booking is required. Keeping the numbers small means that you are more comfortable to progress at your own level.

  • Pilates for Intermediate:

    Classes are in slightly larger groups with a number of options or modifications to allow you to complete the exercises effectively. Classes are £9 on a pay as you go flexible attendance basis.

  • Private one to one sessions:

    Individual sessions can take place at my home or you may prefer to train from your own home. A sliding scale of charges will apply depending on how many sessions are booked. It is strongly recommended to do some personal one to one sessions prior to joining a class. This personal training is all about you and taking the time to match the exercises to your requirements. Cost of a one to one session is from £30.

  • Semi Private Lessons:

    This workout is ideal if you would prefer to exercise with a friend or spouse. The advantage is that you can encourage one another to keep up the exercises outside of the Pilate sessions. Of course it will also keep down costs!! You will receive a workout that will be adaptable to both of your body types.
